Luxury hotel, location

Not worth the price at all! Internet extremely expensive, the hotel was under maintenance for the same price. I couldnt have late sleep. The most expensive hotel in amman and the price does not include breakfast! The breakfast 20 dollars for person!!! I dont recommend it to anyone

I travel a lot this is the worst hotel in which I lived Enough carpet disgusting smell that made me leave the hotel after one night only when my reservation was for five nights Officer looked at me, achieving you use the mini bar is not it!! Tea maker has worked once and for the next time I hold it in my hand until it ended I Asked for my mobile a phone charger at night I left the hotel the next day with out receiveing it I found another mush muc=sh better otel with 60$ less coast

TV was not so clear and not much channels...net is not free as other hotels

I found the hotel too expensive and not worth the money paid for and not only that pay the taxes over and above the stated price ;if I knew that I had to apy 20% taxes ,not go;the spa is total dissapointment ; the location terrible from centre;

Room are ok - staff the porters terrible;receptionist useless taxis thieves ask for help to take bauses and we got lost and paid fortune with taxis

Not much and I cannot believe that ever item on all their menus comes with Fries!!!

The food was awful - totally bland and tasteless and everything comes with chips. The Hot Spot bar is an echoing tomb - I was the only customer all evening. The room cleanliness left a lot to be desired - my bathroom had a used towel behind the door and the bathtub had hairs in it whilst the soapdish was hanging off the wall. The whole place feels as if no one cares about customers.

No free internet and the rate is too high for internet conection (most hotels around the world provide free internet for their guests) .. the decoration of lobby is so dark..

The very friendly staff did not ask rude questions about my marriage, which happens sometimes in Arab countries when a Westerner is married to an Arab and retains her maiden name and they are staying in one room. ALL of the staff were polite and helpful, and the restaurants and lounges in the hotel were quite nice. We had dinner at V Lounge, and it was superb. The spa was very nice, everything was clean, and the room was bright and relaxing. We will stay here every time we are in Amman, for sure. Although it is by far more expensive than most 4 star hotels in Amman, it is the best value 5 star and worth the extra money. Very pleased.

The Location and the staff are very friendly.

The hotel is under reinnovation, they offer the same price for the 30 years old rooms with the sam price of the reinnovted rooms which are located in the lower floors. I think the hotel is cheating.

A good standard business hotel. Decent rooms. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds. A good location if you have a car.

Pricey, like all hotels in Amman. Tried to put us in to a non-smoking room, despite a specific request for non-smoking, but they did manage to get us moved without too much trauma.
